Between 2:58 p.m. and 3:08 p.m. there was a failure of the HA load balancer, which is responsible for the accessibility of our NWS apps. All SaaS apps and the customer portal, which can be accessed at https://my.nws.netways.de/, were not accessible during this time. In the meantime, accessibility has been restored.
